The school which began as a not-for-profit limited company was recently converted to a 'gemeinnützige AG', a not-for-profit publicly-owned company, as part of a vision to promote shared investment in this important educational institution. ISA alumni all automatically become proud shareholders of their former school.

Augsburg's age old tradition of international banking and trading along with its official nomination as a City of Peace is the perfect environment for an international school. The school's current reputation and steady growth are assurance that ISA will continue to thrive.
